About October Treats e-Vouchers

1. All e-vouchers offered by MVClub are a collaborative effort between the MVClub and various merchant partners, providing the MVClub members with a variety of exciting F&B rewards and discounts.
2. The e-vouchers are applicable on MVClub app only, on a first come first serve basis for a limited time.
3. Redemption of the e-vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions of the merchant partners stated on the e-vouchers. Once the e-voucher is fully redeemed or expired, it cannot be redeemed or extended.
4. The e-vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-replaceable if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.
5. The management reserves the right to alter, cancel, extend, terminate, suspend or make changes to the e-voucher features, offers, and terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the e-Voucher, the decision of management shall be final.

How to Use Your e-Voucher? 

• Go the “Reward List” to explore and download your favourite F&B e-vouchers.

• Once downloaded, go to “My Rewards” and redeem your e-vouchers at the participating outlet.

• Present the QR code of the e-vouchers at the relevant outlet to redeem. Please check the terms and conditions of each e-voucher for specific details.
