HOW TO JOIN?

Complimentary Sign Up

Complimentary sign up application(s) requires proof of:

Club Tier

RM15,000.00

spent in a single or multiple receipts within the same day (maximum of 3 receipts) in The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City.

Emerald Tier

RM125,000.00

or more (multiple receipts) within ONE month duration. The relevant receipts must be submitted along with the application form for both new applications and renewal of memberships.

Membership Yearly Renewal

Cumulative spending of additional:

Emerald Tier

RM80,000

(excluding the sign up spending amount) within 12 months from the sign up date. Membership is automatically renewed for another 12 months if the member’s accumulative spending within each membership year reaches the required amount.

Membership Duration

Validity of the membership card is for 1 year.

Submission Requirements

All the relevant receipts must be submitted to The Gardens Club Concierge counter located on the 5th Floor, The Gardens Mall (Isetan side) within the same day of purchase to begin your The Gardens Club membership journey.

FAQ

The Gardens Club (“TGC”) is a rewards programme that gives loyal customers a wide range of exceptional privileges and unique experiences when shopping and dining at over 300 outlets at The Gardens Mall.

Yes, the membership fee is currently waived. Complimentary sign ups only require proof of spending requirements.

Subscribers who purchase RM15,000 and above in a single or multiple receipts (up to a maximum of 3) on the same day will be qualified to join TGC as Club tier.

All the relevant receipts must be submitted to The Gardens Club Concierge counter located on the 5th Floor, The Gardens Mall (Isetan side) within the same day of purchase to begin your TGC membership journey.

Subscribers or Club members who purchase RM125,000 and more within 30 days will be automatically upgraded to Emerald tier

Your membership account will be identified using your mobile number. Each mobile number is unique to each member and sharing of mobile number is not allowed.

Your email address will be used in the event if you need to reset your account password and also to receive enewsletter updates from TGC.

You will need to be at least 18 years of age and reside in Malaysia to be eligible for TGC membership.

We have 3 membership tiers.

  • Basic tier: Subscriber Shoppers will begin with this tier upon signing up as a Subscriber.
  • Next tier: The Gardens Club Card “Club”
  • Subscribers who purchase RM15,000 and above in a single or multiple receipts (up to a maximum of 3) on the same day will be qualified to join TGC as Club tier.
  • Highest tier: The Gardens Club Emerald Card “Emerald” Subscribers or Club members who purchase RM125,000 and more within 30 days will be automatically upgraded to Emerald tier.

All members enjoy a 12-month membership cycle of TGC membership

TGC Club members will have to spend a minimum of RM10,000.00 within the next 12 consecutive months from the time they are promoted to retain that membership tier.

TGC Emerald members will have to spend a minimum of RM80,000.00 within the next 12 consecutive months from the time they are promoted to retain that membership tier.

  1. Members must self-scan their receipt(s) of qualifying purchases from our retailers through the TGC mobile app. However, it will be reflected on the relevant account within 1-3 working days.
  2. Members can present their receipt(s) of qualifying purchases from our retailers to our customer service desks conveniently located at Ground floor or Level 5. The customer service representative will enter these spendings in the relevant account and it will be reflected on the TGC mobile app immediately.

No, there are no limits to the number of receipts you can submit in a single day. However, there is a daily cap of maximum 5 receipts from the same retail outlet that you can submit.

Example, you may submit only a maximum of 5 receipts from PappaRich in a single day.

  1. Receipt(s) that are not from the retailers in The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City.
  2. Temporary vendors at promotional spaces;
  3. Push carts & mini-kiosk;
  4. Purchase of vouchers/gift cards;
  5. Purchases offset with voucher/rebates;

  8. Cellular bill payments;
  9. Purchase of stored-value cards, reloads, top-up transactions
  10. Duplicate receipt
  11. Credit Card slip/ Payment slip

  13. Sale Order / Confirmation / Job Order / Purchase Order
  14. Back dated receipt
  15. Unfinalised Bill / Pre-settlement bill / Pre-order Sales

Yes, members can self-scan their receipt(s) of qualifying purchases from our retailers through the TGC mobile app. However, it will be reflected on the relevant account within 1-3 working days.

You can use your TGC mobile app to check on the status of your membership. You can find this information under “Accounts” on the app.

Cumulative spendings have a 12-month rolling cycle period. Once you reach your renewal requirements, the extra spendings will be burned as you will start with zero to commence another 12-month of membership cycle. You will be able to check your transaction history and spending progressions through the TGC mobile app.

No, you will be able to access this information as a Subscriber. However, you will enjoy the preferential privileges for all mall promotions as a TGC member.

No, your TGC membership, privileges and rewards are non-transferable

Upon receipt(s) being determined to be valid, the total net transaction amount shall be credited into the Club / Emerald member’s account in at least 1-3 working days after the receipt submission through the mobile app OCR receipt scanning feature by the member.

Members can only login onto the TGC mobile app via your registered mobile number. Each mobile number is unique to each member and sharing of mobile number is not allowed.

You should register the mobile number that is on the phone you are using to download the application as a one-time password will be sent to your mobile device as part of the verification process.

The purpose of the TGC app is to allow users to perform actions relating to the membership programme as it is part of the process to maintain your membership rewards, such as submitting receipts to collect spendings on all of your purchases. You will also be able to see your spending progress, membership expiry date, as well as redeeming your gifts and parking privileges you are entitled to as a TGC member.

It gives you on-the-go convenience for all rewards redemptions and access to shopping and dining privileges at selected retailers in The Gardens Mall.

All your existing information and rewards earned will remain the same.

TGC app is an application that can be downloaded from the App store and Google Play on your iOS and Android mobile devices. You will need this app to perform actions relating to the membership programme, such as submitting receipts to collect spendings on all of your purchase, check transaction history on the go, redeeming your gifts and parking privileges you are entitled to as a TGC member.

Our mobile website does not require installation and can be viewed on mobile browsers (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer) on your smartphone or tablets. The mobile website allows you to have access to our services, store directory, latest happenings and promotions in the mall.

Reasons why you may not be able to log in to your Mobile App:

  • Please check that you are connected to the internet, and that there is a good signal. You can try to log in again when the signal is strong.
  • Please check that you have keyed in the correct password. If you forgot your password and need to reset it, tap on “Forget Password?” on the login screen. This will lead you through an authentication process before letting you choose a new password. To do this, you will need your registered mobile number and/or email address, depending which your registered mobile is of. You will be able to log in to the app straight away after the password reset process.
  • Please check that you have downloaded the latest version of the TGC app from the App Store or Google Play.

Simply search for “The Gardens Club” on App Store or Google Play. If you can't find the app, it is likely possible that your device OS version is not supported.

For iOS, please ensure that your OS version is version 11 or 12. For Android, your OS will need to be version 5.0 and above.

If you did not receive your OTP within 2 minutes, select “Resend OTP” to request a new OTP. Note that there may be a lag time in receiving OTP via SMS if mobile connection is weak. Please check that you have the correct country code selected before requesting for an OTP.

Our app has undergone rigorous tests and our app loads averagely within 3 sec when you access your home screen after logging in. If you're experiencing slow loading, please check that you are connected to the internet, and that you have a good connection strength. You can try to login in again when the signal is strong.

You can refresh the mobile app by updating it to the latest version through Google Play or the Apple Store depending on the mobile device you use.

Yes! All critical information is encrypted, and no personal information is stored on your mobile device.

However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account

Under account, tap on Profile on the top right corner, followed by "Sign Out" to log out of the Mobile App.
